Attacks on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) directly threaten students’ ability to build the life they dream of.

Colleges and universities are supposed to be places where students build their dreams, not where self-serving politicians and activists play games with their futures.

Opponents of progress are working to strip the fundamental American values of DEI from our educational institutions and take our nation backward.

We won’t let them.

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) guarantees that all communities have the freedom and opportunity to build their own American Dream.

Access to education is not only a fundamental right, it’s a key pathway to opportunity for people of all backgrounds – including non-traditional students, those who come from low-income families, have learning disabilities and more.

Today, our educational institutions are under attack by self-serving politicians and activists who are seeking to hoard opportunity for a select few by attacking DEI.

We call on leaders to do their jobs and protect students, faculty, staff and their institutions by defending DEI and civil rights.

Anything less is a failure to fulfill the obligations of their job.
